GCG, SHFC Ratify 2024 Performance Scorecard

Makati City – The Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) and the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) ratified the Performance Scorecard for 2024 on March 15 at the GCG Office in Makati.

GCG Chairperson Atty. Marius Corpus and SHFC President & CEO Federico Laxa endorsed and formalized the agreement. The 2024 Performance Scorecard, crucial for the SHFC as a GOCC, serves as a blueprint for aligning and monitoring the corporation’s objectives to achieve breakthrough results and enhanced performance.

In attendance to the Performance Target Conference were GCG commissioner Atty. Geraldine Marie Berberabe-Martinez, Director Jason Joseph Virtucio and Director Jhon Arnold Talusan. Representing SHFC were SHFC Executive Vice President Atty. Junefe Payot, Senior Vice President Atty. Leo Deocampo, Finance and Comptrollership Vice President Dante Anabe, Corporate Planning & Communications Vice President Florencio Carandang, Jr., and Board Secretary Atty. Karoline Abello-Tordecilla.

A Key Shelter Agency under the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, SHFC aims to significantly contribute to the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Housing Program through flexible, affordable, innovative, and responsive shelter solutions.
